The latest entry in Bund und Beruf is devoted to the Malik General Management Program for Officers, a tailor-made further training offer for officers at the end of their military service. The essential features of the six-month in-service program were developed by Lars Wochnik and Matthias Jahn of Malik St. Gallen. In the blog entry the two former Swiss Army officers show how the Malik program is an essential supplement to specialist knowledge and expands one’s own professional experience with practical general management knowledge.
