Q. 2011 gg. Vorjahr und minus 2.5% gg. dem vorausgehenden Quartal. Im April allein ist die Neubau-Rate um mehr als 10% zur\u00fcckgegangen. Im Immobilienmarkt gab es im Gegensatz zu anderen Sektoren so gut wie keine Erholung. <!--more--><br \/>\n<br \/>28% aller Hausverk\u00e4ufe stammen aus Zwangsversteigerungen. Die normale Rate ist unter 5%. Deflation pur, die sich verst\u00e4rkt, denn die H\u00e4user sind mit Schulden gebaut. Fast 900.000 H\u00e4user sind von den kreditgebenden Banken zur\u00fcckgenommen worden, aber an wen wollen sie sie verkaufen? Leerstehende H\u00e4user verkommen. Man sch\u00e4tzt, dass es mindestens 3 Jahre dauern wird, bis die &#8222;Lagerhalde&#8220; von derzeit rund 1.9 Mio einigermassen abgebaut ist. Selbst das wird sich als Illusion erweisen, denn es kommt mehr hinzu als weg.
