Hier vielleicht so viel:<!--more--><br \/>\nZu Beginn einer jeden Syntegration steht eine Schl\u00fcsselfrage, die die gr\u00f6sste f\u00fcr eine Organisation aktuell bestehende Herausforderung formuliert. Danach werden die bis zu 40 wichtigsten Personen ausgew\u00e4hlt, die man f\u00fcr deren L\u00f6sung braucht, im wesentlichen zwei Arten: Die Wissenstr\u00e4ger und die Meinungsf\u00fchrer. Nach 3 1\/2 Tagen hat man 40 &#8211; 60 umsetzungsf\u00e4hige Massnahmen, den daf\u00fcr n\u00f6tigen Maximalkonsens, Aufbruchstimmung, Umsetzungswillen und die gr\u00f6sstm\u00f6gliche soziale Energie um sich ans Umsetzen zu machen. 12 Monate sp\u00e4ter sind 80% der Massnahmen umgesetzt.
