Ich mache es allen zug\u00e4nglich, denn Frau Binder zeigt einen der wesentlichen Aspekte der Krisenentstehung und ihres m\u00f6glichen Fortganges auf.<br \/>\nSolange sich das alte Denken in den K\u00f6pfen von Entscheidern nicht \u00e4ndert, wird es so kommen:<em><\/em><br \/>\n<em>US-Gebaren-Immobilien : die sogenannten rigorosen \u201cHeuschrecken\u201c haben auch in Deutschland in diesen Jahren 2002 und danach st\u00e4ndig nur nach mehr Leveraging gerufen. Riesige Wohnanlagen-Pakete wurden von Privat oder vom Staat an Briten und Amerikaner verkauft, entweder in kleinere P\u00e4ckchen aufgeteilt u. weiterverkauft oder durch Mieterh\u00f6hungen und\/oder Verwahrlosung in einen traurigen Zustand versetzt. Durch Basel II (damals) ging so mancher Amerikaner \u201ctraurig\u201c wieder nach Hause, weil man von ihm immer noch zuviel EK verlangte. Unternehmen wurden 80-90% FK + Zinsen belastet etc.. Es k\u00f6nnten auch da noch einige Anschluss-Finanzierungen zusammenbrechen \u2013 mit deflation\u00e4ren Folgen . Dann sind die Aufk\u00e4ufer von \u201cnon-performing-loans\u201c von Gro\u00dfbanken (gestern und morgen) mit ihrer sehr niedrigen Einkaufsquote vielleicht noch am besten bedient.
