Auch F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften in der Wirtschaft widerf\u00e4hrt das oft. Dementsprechend und folgerichtig wird ihr Handeln dann auch so dargestellt und kritisiert &#8211; eben als inkompetent. Aber was k\u00f6nnen wir daraus lernen? Nun eben, dass inkompetente Leute inkompetent handeln. Das ist aber ziemlich trivial. In Wahrheit haben wir nichts gelernt.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"513\">Wir k\u00f6nnen aber dann etwas lernen, und zwar ziemlich viel, wenn wir die Sache ganz anders betrachten. Nach den Aussagen eines spanischen Fachkollegen ist es dabei entscheidend, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbtc.com\/casinos-retiro-instantaneo-es\/\">todos los detalles<\/a> zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, bevor wir uns ein abschlie\u00dfendes Urteil bilden. Und wenn wir eine sehr wirksame Heuristik verwenden \u2013 eine Suchregel: Wenn wir n\u00e4mlich annehmen, dass diese Menschen keineswegs inkompetent sind, sondern wenn sie \u2013 im Gegenteil \u2013 hochkompetent sind. Denn wie sie wirklich sind, weiss man ja zumeist nicht, weil man sie nicht pers\u00f6nlich kennt.<\/p>\n<p>Dann stellt sich n\u00e4mlich die zumeist sehr aufschlussreiche Frage: Was geht in dieser Person vor, und wie sieht sie die Welt und ihre Situation, um zu dieser Aussage, Entscheidung oder Handlung zu kommen, die mir selbst so inkompetent erscheint? Hat sie vielleicht mehr Information als ich selbst? Kennt sie die Hintergr\u00fcnde besser als ich? Ist sie n\u00e4her am Geschehen?
