Die pers\u00f6nlichen Eigenschaften allein w\u00fcrden aber in Organisationen, besonders in den grossen, nicht ausreichen, um Leadership wirksam zu machen.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt <em>drei andere\u00a0 &#8211; nicht pers\u00f6nliche &#8211; Gr\u00fcnde<\/em> daf\u00fcr, dass eine Person als Leader angesehen wird und dass sie die Wirkung erzielt, die die Menschen als Leadership empfinden.<\/p>\n<p>Der erste Grund f\u00fcr echte Leadership ist die F\u00e4higkeit, eine <em>richtige Po\u00adlitik<\/em> <em>und Strategie <\/em>f\u00fcr die Organsiation zu machen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt es, die Herausforderungen f\u00fcr die Organisation zu durchdenken, den Zweck\u00a0 und die richtige Mission zu bestimmen, die obersten Ziele und Werte zu formulieren, sowie die grunds\u00e4tzlichen Regeln festzulegen, nach denen die Organisation funktionieren soll.<\/p>\n<p>Der zweite Grund ist die F\u00e4higkeit, die Organisation in den jeweils rich\u00adtigen <em>Operationsmodus<\/em> zu versetzen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt eine klare Sicht und Lagebeurteilung,\u00a0 sowie pers\u00f6nlicher Mut. Es gibt die folgenden typischen Operationsmodi: a. Normaler Betrieb \u2013 Business as usual. b. Explizit forciertes Wachstum. c. Change Mode \u2013 tiefgreifender Wandel. d. Sonderfall-Mode. e. Expliziter R\u00fcckzug f. Krise g. Notfall.<\/p>\n<p>Der dritte Grund f\u00fcr Leadership ist gutes <em>Issue Management, <\/em>das heisst, die F\u00e4higkeit,\u00a0 aus der Flut von m\u00f6glichen Themen die richtigen Priorit\u00e4ten zu setzen, die <em>hier und jetzt richtigen<\/em> <em>Themen <\/em>zu selektieren,\u00a0 und diese einer wirksamer Bearbeitung zuzuf\u00fchren. Das ist Themenf\u00fchrerschaft,\u00a0 und darin zeigt sich h\u00e4ufig, was man \u00bb<em><em>eine Nase haben&#8220; nennt.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Issue-Management<\/em> ist mehr als man gew\u00f6hnlich unter der Bezeichnung <em>Chefsache <\/em>versteht.
