Unter Anleitung des St. Gallener Management-Lehrers Fredmund Malik arbeitete die VW-F\u00fchrung in Kleingruppen Ideen aus, schrieben sie auf Tafeln. Danach diskutierte die Gruppe eine Idee eine halbe Stunde lang, jeder musste versuchen, die Umstehenden daf\u00fcr zu gewinnen.<\/p>\n

\u201eJeder Fachbereich bekam so einen 360-Grad-Blick f\u00fcr die Probleme und eine gemeinsam getragene Vorstellung, was passieren muss\u201c, sagt J\u00fcrgen Stackmann, der damals gerade VWs Vertriebschef geworden war. Auch Diess mischte sich unter die Gruppen und diskutierte mit \u2013 in einem hierarchischen Konzern wie VW durchaus bemerkenswert. \u201eEs war die Geburtsstunde des Kulturwandels\u201c, sagt Bischoff. \u201eAuf einmal war es jedem m\u00f6glich, einen Impuls zu geben und ihn hierarchiefrei zu diskutieren, auch zum k\u00fcnftigen Design. Das war eine einmalige Erfahrung.\u201c<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
