Bisher habe ich an 4 Universit\u00e4ten Vortr\u00e4ge gehalten, an einer das erste Malik-Zentrum er\u00f6ffnet, 3 neue Kooperationsabkommen unterzeichnet und durfte 2 neue Honorarprofessuren entgegennehmen. Das Publikum waren Studenten in obersten Semestern, akademischer Lehrk\u00f6rper, sowie amerikanische und asiatische Professoren im Rahmen eines Innovations- und Entrepreneur-Symposiums. Unter den Firmen, die ich besuchte, waren einige der gr\u00f6ssten Chinas &#8211; Automobil, Computer, Maschinen u. a. Hinzu kamen St\u00e4dte, die sich weiterentwickeln wollen und eine neue Clusterzone.<br \/>\nHauptthema war \u00fcberall das neue Reformprogramm. Zu den wichtigsten Reformzielen geh\u00f6ren Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Implementierung und neues Management &#8211; vier sehr kluge Schwerpunkte. Man hat erkannt, dass die bisherige Art zu managen ein Auslaufmodell ist. Wie immer spricht zwar von Kontinuit\u00e4t im Wandel, aber es ist klar, dass das herk\u00f6mmliche Management in eine gef\u00e4hrliche Sackgasse gef\u00fchrt hat und man daher v\u00f6llig neue Wege gehen muss. Leicht ist diese Aufgabe nicht, wenn man rund 7 Mio. Organisationen und rund 20 Mio. Top-Execs 1. Ebene sowie 50 Mio. Execs 2. Ebene hat &#8211; ein gigantischer Umlernbedarf &#8230; Daf\u00fcr ist die Aufgabe umso komplexer, weshalb ja die bisherigen Managementans\u00e4tze an ihr Limit kommen.<br \/>\nMeine \u00dcberlegungen zur Entstehung einer neuen Ordnung und ihrer Geburtswehen haben Staunen, Neugier und Zuversicht ausgel\u00f6st.
