\nDie „Grosse Transformation 21“ erfasst den arabischen Raum mit ungeheurer Wucht. Die herk\u00f6mmlichen Organisationsformen kollabieren in der explodierenden Komplexit\u00e4t der dortigen Systeme.

\nIn meiner „Unternehmenspolitik“ schrieb ich 2007 sinngem\u00e4ss, Wissen sei wichtiger als Geld und Information sei st\u00e4rker als Macht. Gegen die Komplexit\u00e4t von Wissen und Information, wie sie durch die modernen Kommunikationssysteme verbreitet werden k\u00f6nnen, erscheinen Reichtum und bisherige Macht der dortigen Regime weitgehend hilflos.

\nF\u00fcr ihr Funktionieren brauchen die neuen Regierungen nun aber auch neue Organisationen und neue Methoden f\u00fcr das Managen des brachialen Wandels. Konventionelle Demokratie, von vielen als L\u00f6sung angestrebt, wird, falls \u00fcberhaupt, nur f\u00fcr kurze Zeit eine \u00dcberbr\u00fcckungshoffnung sein k\u00f6nnen, weil diese in der heutigen westlichen Form kaum funktionieren wird.
