TISAX certification for Malik Academy
DQS BIT certifies Malik Academy’s very high security level.
Malik Academy received certification according to the TISAX model in 2020. TISAX means “Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange” and is a standard for information security developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry, which enables standardization, quality assurance and joint recognition of test results.
Malik Academy—very high security level for information processing
Malik passed the assessment for the Malik Academy, which is becoming increasingly relevant for remote teaching due to the COVID19 pandemic. In addition, the DQS BIT assessor certified us a very high security level for information processing and for the Information Security Management System (ISMS), which stands for “Management System for Information Security”.
Trustful cooperation with the automotive industry
The TISAX certification forms the basis for a trusting cooperation between the automotive industry and Malik. The certificates issued by the member companies of the German Association of the Automotive Industry e. V. (VDA) is derived from the international industry standard ISO/IEC 27001 and has been adapted to the requirements of the automotive industry and expanded to include data protection-specific topics. A major advantage for manufacturers and suppliers is that they no longer need to audit TISAX-certified service providers themselves, which means that new processes can be converted to modern digital processes more quickly.
Certification confirms security standard at Malik Academy
During the implementation of TISAX, from ISMS according to ISO 27001 to the audit, Malik was professionally supported by Server24 (external IT/server) and SEP IT (internal IT). Thanks to the good cooperation with the partner organizations concerned, an optimal realization was possible.
