Reference example new strategy design: An energy supplier

A German energy supplier couldn’t achieve its targeted growth by gaining market share in its established market sector alone. The only possibility for future growth were new markets and new business sectors. For that, the regionally focused sales strategy had to be completely re-designed. A complex problem, as if especially designed for a Malik SuperSyntegration®.

In the 3.5 days of the SuperSyntegration the participants developed 48 concrete measures and discussed different point of views and insights. A result contribution potential of 247.5 million Euro* were uncovered in addition to the existing EGB 2.

This reflects 125 percent of the profit transfer of 198.8 million Euro* (2008). The specified target was exceeded by far (more than 200 percent). The energy supplier’s future is therefore secured. During the SuperSyntegration several additional tools were used. Their results showed obstacles in implementation which were critical for success and had long since been smoldering in the company.
