The program comprises 13 modules:

  4. Controlling
  5. Problem solving
  6. Meeting effectiveness
  7. Performance and motivation
  8. Collaboration / teamwork
  9. Presentations
  10. Negotiation
  11. Holding conversations
  12. Conflict management
  13. Managing superiors and colleagues

Each of the 13 modules is composed of three elements:

1. Video lecture
The video lecture takes ten to twelve minutes. It gives an introduction describing the essential elements.

2. Web Based Training (WBT)
The web based training conveys the content in terms of text and pictures as well as in terms of numerous interactive exercises.

3. Self-test
The self-tests test the knowledge of the modules and give effective feedback on your current understanding.

E-Effective Managing and Performing was awarded with the Comenius Medal as “outstanding didactic multimedia product” in 2004 and 2005.
