The program comprises 14 modules:
- Fundamentals of effective management
- Management by objectives
- Problem solving
- Meeting effectiveness
- Performance and motivation
- Collaboration / teamwork
- Holding conversations
- Conflict management
- Managing superiors and colleagues
Each of the 14 modules is composed of three elements:
1. Video lecture
The video lecture takes ten minutes. It gives an introduction describing the essential elements.
2. Web Based Training (WBT)
The web based training conveys the content in terms of text and pictures as well as in terms of numerous interactive exercises.
The self-tests test the knowledge of the modules and give effective feedback on your current understanding.
